Planning & Permit Package

For homeowners and self-builders who want the whole preconstruction stage managed, from design approval to a permit-ready project.

$4,500$5,000+ HST
  • Everything in the Design Blueprint
  • Kickoff and site review: goals, must-haves and target budget confirmed in writing
  • Design coordination with your designer, including up to 2 rounds of revisions
  • Selections reviewed with you, then the budget adjusted to your final choices
  • Preliminary budget by trade, and a final package showing only your selections
  • Permit package coordination with your designer, including help answering municipal comments
  • Selections complete before the permit is issued, typically within 4 to 6 weeks of drawing approval

Includes up to 4 meetings; additional time at $95/hr.

50% at signing, 50% when the permit application is submitted.
