Why the decide-by dates matter

Every selection has two dates: the day you choose it, and the day construction needs it. They should never be the same day. Your Blueprint works backward from when each trade needs information, so windows, cabinets, fixtures and finishes are decided while you still have time to compare, order and budget for them.
